These conditions are issued by the operator of the website, which is the company Funnybox, s.r.o. with headquarters at Pražská street no. 27, 811 04 Bratislava, ID: 47 074 132, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava I District Court.

Please ensure that you have read these Rules in detail and understand all the rights and obligations arising from them, as well as the risks arising from participation in VR, before purchasing an appointment to a virtual escape room / VR game / VR experience (hereinafter referred to as "VR Experience"). experience and carefully considered these. By purchasing an appointment/gift voucher/participating in a VR experience, you clearly and indisputably express your will to follow the Rules and accept all the consequences of their possible violation.

I. Purchase of participation in a VR experience, reservation of an appointment

  1. If you accept the Rules in full and without reservations, you can book a date for a VR experience on the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). The appointment can also be arranged by phone/e-mail, even outside the times indicated on the Website, however, the reservation is completed and valid only upon receipt of a confirmation e-mail.
  2. Participation in the VR experience will only be possible after payment of the price/admission.
  3. It is only possible to pay the price/admission directly in the premises using the VIAMO method. It is necessary to inform about the payment via VIAMO in the note when reserving the date, otherwise your reservation may be canceled due to non-payment of entry.
  4. Payment for the booked date must be credited to the account no later than 2 working days before completing the VR experience (unless you explicitly and demonstrably agree otherwise with the operator), otherwise the date reservation will be cancelled. In case of later crediting of the payment to the account, you are entitled to reserve a new date according to the current availability, there is no right to refund the payment.
  5. Changing an already booked date is possible no later than 2 working days before the booked date, later the operator can allow it if the reasons for the change are really serious. Otherwise, the date remains reserved and if it is not used, there is no right to a refund.
  6. Cancellation of the reserved date without charge is possible no later than 1 week before the reserved date. In the time less than 1 week and not exceeding 2 working days before the reserved date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price/fee, in case of cancellation less than 2 working days before the reserved date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price/fee. In the case of the participation of a smaller number of people than originally reserved, unoccupied places are forfeited without the right to return a proportional part of the payment.
  7. In principle, participation without a reservation is possible, but we strongly recommend a reservation. If there is a need to act immediately, we definitely recommend at least checking the possibility of participation by phone. The time that is not reserved is used for system maintenance and other service activities. Of course, we are happy to see and serve visitors "from the street", but we want to prevent your disappointment from the fact that you will not be able to find us on the premises, or the system will not be in usable condition.
  8. You are responsible for the completeness and correctness of the data you enter when booking the date and making the payment. The applicant/participant is responsible for all non-standard situations and their consequences arising from wrongly entered/incorrectly/falsely/incompletely provided data. The operator bears no responsibility for them, and if they cause additional costs/burdens, he has the right to their full payment, including offsetting the payment for the appointment reservation.

II. Participating in a VR experience

  1. In the premises of, the participant is obliged to follow these Rules, the instructions of the instructor/organizer/representative of master (hereinafter referred to as the "Instructor") and the principles of good behavior.

  4. In the case of a VR escape room, due to the fluidity and feel of the VR experience, it is not possible to "join the group" later, nor to "try to make it" in less time. In the event of a delay, your reservation will be forfeited without the possibility of a refund. In the case of a VR game/another VR attraction - if you have at least 15 minutes of reserved time left, you can complete the game/attraction (or part of it), you must take into account that the last 5 minutes are reserved for disarming yourself from the VR equipment and ending the attraction .
  5. Smoking is prohibited in premises.
  6. NO alcohol/drugs. If visiting is part of your celebration/party, please plan it so that the drink follows the VR experience. You will need a clear mind and 100% brain capacity to solve the tasks :-). Please note that persons under the influence of alcohol/drugs will NOT be allowed to participate in the VR experience without the right to a replacement date or a refund of the entrance fee. The decision is made by our staff. We are really strict on this issue, because the opposite can result in damage to the VR device, harm to your health or the health of other participants, and negatively affect the impression of the experience.
  7. Please leave the family gold/diamond reserve at home :-). It is of course possible to leave your usual personal belongings (mobile phone, keys, documents, etc.) with the staff in a safe place. However, if you are not going to keep items of higher value with you, it is better to leave them at home. Neither the operator nor its staff are responsible in any way for their possible loss/damage/theft.
  8. The maximum number of people for whom the date was purchased can participate in the VR experience. If it was purchased for a smaller number of people than the capacity of the VR experience, it is possible to purchase an additional seat. The term is not bound to specific persons.     • Introduction – welcoming participants, putting away unnecessary things, organizational and safety instructions, briefing, presentation of the mission, equipping VR participants with equipment.

  10. Do not reveal how to solve problems, instructions or aids to solve problems. Give the other participants the experience of solving tasks and the joy of your own achievements.
  11. Individual escape rooms/missions also contain hints ("hints"), but their number is limited and a minimum time interval is also set in which they can be used consecutively. The staff can also help. However, we will only do this at the express request of the participants. Escape rooms also require a bit of logical thinking, research, testing, searching... that's what makes them attractive and interesting. If you are not in the mood for it right now, it seems to you that you have to strain your brain enough at work, not so much while having fun, you prefer another form of entertainment, you just want to enjoy your stay/activity/game in virtual reality, we will be happy to make it possible for you.   12. We do not recommend participation in VR experiences to persons suffering from claustrophobia, asthma, heart disorders, or other serious health disorders. Otherwise, the operator is in no way responsible for any damage or injury.
  13. It is not possible to visit if you suffer from any infectious disease.
  14. Regarding the age limit, it is at the discretion of the participants. Solving the tasks in our escape rooms (escape rooms) requires a certain ability to concentrate, think logically and pay attention, which we recommend considering with children. For younger children, we recommend looking at our offer of VR experiences/VR games, or contacting us to set it up. In general, we recommend an age limit for VR escape rooms from 10 years (inclusive).
  15. Participant participates in any VR experience AT THEIR OWN RISK. Despite the fact that VR technology is slowly but surely becoming a part of everyday life, the physiology, characteristics and abilities of each human individual are different. It is not possible to guarantee that participation in a VR experience will not have a negative impact on the fitness or health of a specific individual. It is also not possible to 100% rule out non-respect of the Rules by other participants and the resulting risk of infection/disease transmission, although we try to minimize this risk by maintaining and cleaning the equipment after each use. If these risks exceed your acceptable limits, do not order the VR experience. If you participate in the VR experience, you assume these risks.
  16. It is the responsibility of each participant to behave during the VR experience in such a way as not to endanger their health or the health of anyone else. The player fully accepts this fact and participates in the VR experience only after mature consideration of all possible risks, he does so of his own free will, and is aware that he is fully responsible for any damages (be it property, health or life) alone, therefore he must control his behavior and make appropriate decisions. The operator does not take any responsibility for them, it only lends players equipment for a VR experience.
  17. In no case does the operator supervise minor visitors.
  18. Our facilities represent the top in the field. Our care for them and their maintenance also corresponds to this. However, it is still "only" a technical device and thus it may fail/break down. It is a "force majeure" and its complete exclusion is not possible. If it is possible to remove/neutralize the defect, it will be possible to continue the VR experience, or start it over (although with possible temporary restrictions), if this is not possible (for example, for technical or time reasons), you are entitled to a free booking a new date for the same number of participants. There is no claim for a refund of the entrance fee for this title.
  19. The participants of the VR experience are jointly and severally (jointly) responsible for any damage caused either intentionally or by accident to's equipment and facilities in full, including accessories.
  20. Participants are obliged to observe the principles of decent behavior, refrain from any rude behavior, displays of hostility towards other participants and the organizers, follow the instructions and instructions of the instructor. A participant who violates the aforementioned principles, or who otherwise disrupts the smooth, peaceful and pleasant course of the event, will be immediately excluded from further participation without the right to a refund of the fees paid.

III. Other provisions

  1. In the event of a violation of the Rules of Participation by the visitor, the operator reserves the right to expel the visitor without the right to a refund of the fees paid, or a permanent ban on entry to its premises.
  2. The visitor acknowledges that during his participation in the VR experience, photographs or video recordings may be taken, which may be used for the operator's internal purposes as well as public promotion and presentation of his activities. The participant is identified with this fact, settled and has no objections to it.
