Some conditions for gift voucher usage

  1. Validity of Gift voucher is 4 months from date of issue.
  2. For using of the Gift voucher, it is necessary to book the session.
  3. The gift voucher we standardly send as e-mail, it is not necessary to have it printed for usage.
  4. The gift voucher is valid for playing whichever escape game available in time of usage (even new, which was not available when it was purchased).
  5. Concrete escape game can attendant select by booking.
  6. Please carefully save and protect your gift voucher. It contain unique code. As soon as the gift voucher is used (the code), it is impossible to use it again.
  7. We can send you the gift voucher even in printed form for additional 2 Euro.
  8. Available time slots for your game you can find in our booking form, or just simply call to +421 915 307 307.
  9. Before visit it is mandatory to read and understand the Rules of GoEscape.sk escape room.
